Team Hand To Hand (TH2H) is a grassroots community helping to change the lives of youth living on the Caribbean island of Hispaniola, comprised of the two independent nations of Haiti, in the west, and the Dominican Republic.

Today, TH2H members:

• educate more than 25 students, annually in schools run by Project Esperanza, a nonprofit registered in the U.S. that operates as an NGO in the communities outside of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, and

• provide support for the general health care of newborns and all peoples living in and around Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
